What can I say, this mare by Barwidgee is just a marvel as she has got the lot.
For one, she has to have a big heart just to be able to compete in events with me riding her.
On a serious note I haven't had a horse with the same qualities as Belletta has.
She has great cow sense, great movements & a great attitude whether we are competing, trail riding or doing stock work.
She just gets down to any task and is the ants pants.............

I would definitely encourage anyone to use the services of your Ashlar Stud, both with purchasing stock and breeding to your lovely stallions.
Mare care and handling is exceptional and I admire the time and dedication that you put into your business.
I also find you both and your kids are all very approachable people that not only have a huge amount of experience in this field, but you are also very willing to offer advice and help whenever it is asked.
The only hassle I have had with your stud is that because of the class of stallions you have to offer, I find it really hard to decide which stallion to join to my mare.
I am really pleased that we went ahead and joined Vicky to Black Jack last year, so now it is just an anxious wait for the arrival of my Black Jack baby.

We decided to send our 2 mares to Ashlar Stud in 2008 as their stallions were well performed and well bred with bloodlines we had used before.
We are very happy with our decision and very pleased with the care our mares received and Marion's attention to detail  meant the experience was stress free for all involved.  
We where ecstatic to foal our mares down and get 2 fillies, one by Barwidgee and one by Future Direction.
Their temperaments are superb and they are both great characters who like people and are happy to be with us.
Handling these babies has been a breeze and their conformation is excellent.
We are so happy we have sent our mare to them again.
